FabFinder is built on open data and open-source software. This page lists the projects it depends on and the licenses they're used under.

Business data

Business listings come from the Overture Maps Places dataset. Places data © Overture Maps Foundation contributors.

The data is distributed under the licenses listed on the Overture attribution page: CDLA Permissive 2.0 or the Open Database License (ODbL), depending on the source. FabFinder filters and reformats this data, so listings may be incomplete or out of date.

Map data and tiles

The maps on business pages use tiles from OpenStreetMap, served by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. The "Directions" button also opens OpenStreetMap. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

OpenStreetMap data is available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Tiles are used in line with the OSMF tile usage policy.

Map rendering

Interactive maps are rendered with Leaflet, an open-source JavaScript library for mobile-friendly maps. Leaflet © Volodymyr Agafonkin and Leaflet contributors, released under the BSD 2-Clause License.

Fonts

Text is set in Barlow, Barlow Condensed and JetBrains Mono, served by Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
